Sinbosen's amplifiers will be strictly tested before leaving the factory to ensure the performance and reliability of each amplifier. Make products that customers can rest assured!
The first is the aging test: Sinbosen's amplifiers will be aged for 5 hours or more. According to the different working voltages in the customer's country, we will perform aging tests on the amplifiers at different voltages, and each channel of the amplifier will be tested for aging.
In order to ensure that the amplifier is in good condition under various circumstances, we also conducted random vibration tests to simulate the random vibration environment that the product may encounter during transportation or use. According to standards such as GB/T 2423.56, random vibration tests can evaluate the overall structural seismic strength of the amplifier.
Distortion test: Measures the distortion of the audio signal when it passes through the amplifier. The distortion coefficient is usually read directly using a distortion tester. Common technical indicators include total harmonic distortion plus noise (THD+N) and intermodulation distortion (IMD).

Signal-to-noise ratio measurement: represents the decibel difference between the signal and noise levels. For high-fidelity power amplifiers, the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) must not be less than 90 decibels. In addition to the careful selection of raw materials, the level of control of the production process, and the precise testing of each machine before leaving the factory, if you want a machine to be used stably for a long time, daily maintenance is essential. Daily maintenance and calibration of the power amplifier is the key to ensure its long-term stable operation and maintain the best sound quality. The following are some basic maintenance steps.
1. Keep clean: Regularly clean the dust on the power amplifier housing and heat dissipation holes to avoid dust accumulation affecting heat dissipation; use a soft cloth or compressed air to clean, and avoid using a wet cloth to avoid short circuits.

3. Check the connection wires: Check all connection wires regularly to see if they are firm to avoid poor contact or aging of the wires.
4. Avoid moisture: Keep the storage environment of the amplifier dry to avoid corrosion of the circuit board caused by a humid environment.
5. Avoid vibration: Place the amplifier on a stable surface to avoid internal damage that may be caused by vibration.
6. Use a stable power supply and consider using a power purifier to reduce power supply noise.
Through daily maintenance, you can ensure that the performance of the amplifier remains in the best condition, provide high-quality audio output, and extend the service life of the amplifier. If you encounter after-sales problems that cannot be solved, please contact us in time and we will provide the necessary after-sales service. Secondly, we have a professional electromagnetic vibrator that can perform sinusoidal vibration tests on the amplifiers and detect their responses at different frequencies. According to standards such as GB/T 2423.10, sinusoidal vibration tests can be fixed frequency or swept frequency. Sinbosen will use an electromagnetic vibrator, set the automatic sweep mode, and automatically switch different frequencies from 10-50hz to test the amplifier. The purpose is to check whether the electronic components of the amplifier are loose under different frequency vibrations, reduce the machine failure rate, and make the amplifier more stable.

In addition to the above, there is also an input sensitivity test to measure the input signal strength (in mv) at a 4Ω load and nominal power. The volume is measured at maximum and minimum. And input impedance test: including AC impedance and DC impedance measurement. The AC impedance is calculated by the voltage difference and the impedance of the signal generator (600Ω) when the test signal generator is input to the amplifier and the level when the amplifier is unplugged. The DC impedance is measured with a multimeter in static state.
Distortion test: Measures the distortion of the audio signal when it passes through the amplifier. The distortion coefficient is usually read directly using a distortion tester. Common technical indicators include total harmonic distortion plus noise (THD+N) and intermodulation distortion (IMD).
