Cooling and Design
This switching power amplifier is equipped with 8 rears small fans and eight big fans inside, creating a comprehensive active cooling system that effectively reduces operating temperature and ensures stability during high power output. The thick and dense heat dissipation plate design allows for rapid heat release, preventing overheating and preserving performance. The device has undergone 8-10 hours of aging testing, further validating its stability and durability in long-term use, ensuring users can rely on consistent performance in real-world applications.

High-Quality Connectors
The switching power amplifier utilizes XLR connectors from the renowned Swiss brand Neutrik, which provide exceptional audio signal transmission and superior interference resistance. This high-quality connector not only enhances the overall sound quality of the device but also provides stable and reliable connections for live performances, reducing the likelihood of audio issues caused by poor connections.

Power and Capacitor Configuration
The DS-10Q's power system features imported Siemens capacitors, including twelve 3300μF/200V capacitors and four 2200μF/200V capacitors, significantly increasing the switching power amplifier’s dynamic response capability and energy storage. A robust power supply ensures clear sound quality and strong bass performance even under high load conditions.

Fuse Safety Design
The power amplifier board is equipped with two 20A fuses, while the power supply board's fuse configuration varies with voltage: the 220V version includes one 30A fuse, while the 110V version is equipped with two fuses. This design prioritizes safety, ensuring effective protection of the device in various voltage environments, which allows for safe and reliable long-term operation.

Bass Performance
With a damping factor of 400, the DS-10Q demonstrates excellent control over low-frequency energy in speakers. A high damping factor enables precise low-frequency response and efficient speaker control, greatly enhancing the clarity and power of the bass. It meets the demands of a variety of musical styles, especially excelling in stage performances where complex bass articulation is required.

Physical Characteristics
In terms of physical design, the DS-10Q measures 50 x 57 x 19 cm and weighs 15.5 kg, striking a balance between compactness and stability, making it convenient for flexible use and setup in various settings.

DS-10Q power amplifier board imported original ON Semiconductor tubes have 4 NJW0302G 4 NJW0281G 2 JCS86N25WT 2 R3060g2 NJW0302G and NJW0281G are Power bipolar transistors (BJT), Power bipolar transistors are semiconductors in which a base n-type or p–type layer is sandwiched between emitter and collector layers of the opposite type. There are two polarities available: PNP and NPN. PNP devices consist of an n-type layer sandwiched between two p-type layers, which belong to the output stage power tube, usually used to amplify audio signals and drive speakers. The combination of NJW0302G and NJW0281G can provide stable output power and high-quality audio performance. These two tubes can provide higher output power and lower distortion, suitable for large sound systems and professional performances.

JCS86N25WT and R3060g2 are switching tubes, usually used in switching power supply circuits. JCS86N25WT and R3060g2 belong to the switching power supply module of the power amplifier, which is used to control the switching of the power supply and adjust the output voltage. The switching power supply amplifier board can convert electrical energy more efficiently through the switching tube, reduce power consumption and heat, and improve the efficiency and performance of the power amplifier.
