How  to update the dsp software of dsp10000q/dsp20000q/dsp22000q?

Totally two steps to updated two files, DSP-1 and DSP-2.After finished the updating, you can use the new Software and those previous problem will be solved.Please check the below video, you will understand.Any question welcome to contact us.

 

Step1: Firstly, We need this cable to connect the amplifier USB

 

 
 
We need to long press the “Control” button and turn on the amplifier power , then the amplifier screen shows “Update...”

 
 
 
Then we go to the computer operation and open the installation package we sent you


 
Turn on the update tool “SerialPortUpdate”



 
 
Parameters are set as shown in the figure below

 
 

Click the”Open” to choose the update file “_FP+-DSP (DSP-1)”，Further select "_FP+-DSP.bin"
 
 





Click "Update" after selecting and wait some time It will show the update is finished
After finish, Turn off the power and turn on the power again
So it already finished updating about the number one

Step2: And now that we do the second one ,”DSP-2”
The same,you need to turn off the power,long press the “Control ” button and turn on the power again.Then we return to the computer operation.
DSP-2 Parameters are set as shown in the figure below



 


 
After the update is completed,Just turn off the power and turn on the power again,It's done.
