Warranty period and scope:
Sinbosen has set clear warranty periods for its various audio products to ensure that you can use them with peace of mind. Power amplifiers and microphones have a warranty period of up to three years, while products such as line array speakers and subwoofer speakers have a warranty period of two years. During the warranty period, we will provide you with corresponding after-sales support based on different time periods.
Three time periods for after-sales:
1. Within 1-3 months, all spare parts (including complete amplifier boards, power boards, output and input boards, etc.) will be provided free of charge, even if it is just a sample order.
2. From 3 months to one year, small accessories will be given free of charge and free shipping. A complete amplifier board or power board is provided free of charge, but you need to pay for shipping.
3. After one to three years, small accessories can be provided free of charge, but you need to pay for shipping. If you need to buy a full set of boards, you should pay according to our manufacturing cost, including shipping costs.
Important Notes:
During the service period, we will be responsible for and give you parts at cost, but you have to pay for shipping.
It is important that all warranty policies only apply to the normal operation and normal conditions of the machine. For those after-sales services caused by operation or testing errors, you should pay the cost yourself. For bulk orders, we will provide free accessories together with your order. Therefore, you can ship them together with the goods to save shipping costs.
In addition, we do not accept returns of goods. If you insist on returning the goods, you must submit a return order within 5 days after signing. And it does not affect the secondary sale. If we have a refund agreement, you will be responsible for the return shipping and all customs duties. After we receive the items, the payment will be refunded to you.
After-sales process
1. First, find the Sinbosen salesperson who is connected with you. Take a video or picture of the faulty product and send it to the salesperson, and describe the fault that occurred during your use.
2. Provide some basic information, such as purchase time, national voltage, and how long the problem occurred.

4. Next, please follow the instructions of the salesperson. Customers who need to replace accessories or complete panels during the warranty period should follow the above regulations. Products that have exceeded the warranty period or do not meet our after-sales standards require you to purchase accessories or complete panels at the original price and pay for shipping.
